Step up-to sexy legs

This week, change up your boring 3 mile run with an interval workout that will torch calories and sculpt some sexy legs!

 

Warm up with a 10 minute walk or jog, take it on the track for some fresh air. Take a dumbbell or two for an added challenge!

  • Run 3 minutes
  • 30 lunges, standing or walking
  • Sprint 30 seconds 
  • Run 2 minutes
  • 30 Plié squats, moving or still
  • Sprint 30 seconds 
  • Run 3 minutes
  • Sprint 30 seconds 
  • 30 toe taps each leg (stand on a small step, balance on one leg, tap the ground behind you) burn those glutes!
  • Run 2 minutes 
  • 30 lunges
  • Sprint 30 seconds
  • Run/walk 2minutes 
  • 20 side sculpting raise ( stand feet hip-width apart, balance in a slight one leg squat and kick right leg out to the right and up, you can hold a weight in the middle for balance challenge!)
  • Sprint 45 seconds 
  • Walk/jog 5 to 10 minutes cool down
  • Stretch, active, foam roller
